Payments can be made with most major credit cards, online from our website. Our online payment system is through Stripe which provides an encrypted and secure payment structure.
The other option is to transfer funds directly from your bank account to our bank account.

a) If your company is located and registered in Sweden, you have an option to be emailed an invoice after each month and payment will be due by the 10th day of the following month.
b) If your company is registered outside of Sweden then the payment needs to be received before each session begins.
You are welcome to make multiple payments in advance. You will receive a credit and coupons for all payments made in advance. Before each session begins you or your designated employee can apply the coupon as a payment.
If your company has purchased multiple payments in advance, we will reimburse you for any sessions not used, minus any expenses incurred in the reimbursement process.
2. Cancellation and missed session policy
If you are unable to attend your appointment please let us know as soon as possible. The required notice for cancellation is 48 hours. Where there is less then 48 hours notice or if you fail to attend your appointment, the full fee will be charged.
Note: we do provide for 1 miss every 6 months at no charge without being given the 48 hours notice for each individual we work with, for any reason.
Currently due to the Corona Virus we now allow up to 2 misses for clients at no charge without a 48 hour advanced notification. We ask clients who have cold symptoms not to come to in-person sessions.
At MindSolutions, we understand that all kinds of things can happen within a 48 hour period of time. Even if you just forget the appointment time or something else comes up, this is fine.
If you do need to cancel an appointment, we do appreciate you giving us as much notice as possible so we can try to schedule another client.
Our executive coach will try to give you as much advance notice as possible in terms of holidays or of any other need to cancel a future appointment.
Confidentiality is an integral part of the executive coaching process. It provides a sense of safety and allows clients to disclose sensitive information that may be needed to reach their or the company’s desired goals.
If your company wants information disclosed from the sessions, then this needs to be agreed upon in advance and the client will be informed of this before the work commences.
Otherwise, all information will remain confidential unless both the client and the executive coach agree to discuss something with a third party. Then such information will be disclosed with the client’s written permission.
At the option of the client and/or the company; pre, during and post assessments may be made on issues to be worked on. Subjective assessments can be made by the client or other’s in the office affected by the work being done with the client. Whether such assessments are shown to others’ not making the assessment will be determined in advance with all relevant parties in agreement, before any of such information is disclosed beyond the person making the assessment.
The only circumstance where confidentiality might be broken would be if there was a serious risk to the client’s life or if another person’s life was at risk; alternatively, in the rare instance where the executive coach was liable to civil or criminal court proceedings if they did not disclose client information.
The Internal 360™ method can work for anyone but is not for everyone. It usually takes 2 to 3 sessions to actually work at this deeper level as people become connected to themselves in a new way. At this point, a person will know if it feels right for them or not. Either way, if it does not seem like the right way for a particular person to work, then of course they can stop the process. The company will still be responsible to make the payments on the sessions already attended.
